Having had a smaller, cheaper design for some years, I opted for the Commander in spite of the higher price. It is a well built, sturdy building, well worth the additional cost. The extensive instructions are well done and are easy to follow (this is a relatively complex assembly job). Everything needed was there, with no shortages of fasteners nor errors in the hardware supplied. My only dissatisfaction comes from the instructions for the base: first, there is no information on sealing the building to a concrete slab, which must be larger than the building to allow anchoring the building. Second, the wood base design is larger than the building, which means that water runs down the walls onto the base, then both runs inside and, over time, damages the exposed plywood. I think that the wood base (which I chose) should be the same size as the building so that none of the plywood floor is exposed outside the building. I solved the water problem using rubber roofing membrane, but it should not be necessary.
