Just completed putting my Arrow, 10 x 10 Mountaineer shed together. I will say that I really like the shed now that it is together but wow, what a job. I have been a mechanic, woodworker, engineer, etc all my life and can fabricate about anything, but can't imagine a person without lots of tools and skills getting this together correctly or in a reasonable amount of time. I spent a good week or so assembling this. As I figured, something with this many parts to assemble there are going to be holes that don't line up. Not a big deal to me. Here are some of my negative thoughts on this...

1) Sheet metal holes really strip out easy even with my drill on the lowest clutch setting.

2) I built a wood base to your specs and after I was done am wondering why it is so big? It came out 2" bigger all the way around. Since your instructions said not to use treated plywood for the floor because of the corrosion between the metal and the chemicals in the wood, I used 3/4" plywood that is outdoor use but not to be in contact with water so every time it rains, the floor will start to rot out since it is exposed to the rain. I ended up spending another $50 for some aluminum flashing and fit it under the shed base. I imagine that a lot of people don't know any better and in a couple of years will notice their wood floor is rotting away.

3) Also with no threshold, what is going to keep the rain from running right under the doors, again wetting and rotting out my floor.
