A lot of screws, bolts and nuts, no surprise there. Got it square from the platform up, everything kept lining up as we kept checking and squaring it up. Doors took some fiddling with as screws from cross bracing interfered with passage of upper door sliding hardware, until I filed the protruding tips of the screws down, a little WD-40 and the doors were sliding. The color is a lot bolder in person than I guessed it would be, debating whether to repaint it to tone it down to a more background looking color as it definitely stands out in its original glory. Used a washer on every external bolt or screw (as recommended in instructions) and had to buy about 20 more nylon washers to finish everything. All in all, its solid and its done and it looks like it will last a while. I am replacing another Arrow shed I put up 25 yrs ago, which finally rusted through (I live in California so that is a fairly benign place to be a shed), I noticed the same sticker over the inside door header on both units. They have been at it a while and their directions are fairly good. It took 8+ hours for 2 people, of average shed building ability for what that's worth. Would I do it again? I just did and thank god there was a 25 year hiatus.
