Plan on a team to set up. Leveling ground, treated floor frame, back fill, 3/4" treated plywood decking and that all took better part of a day. This is just a sample of the proper time expectation(s). We did the 10' x 20'...any 1/8" variance over a 5' length--may translate to a 1/2" off set making screw & bolt fits very difficult. While the parts are well made, take your time to sort parts, screws, nuts & bolts. You really must do things in the order specified. while we had 3 home builders in our team of 7, this was quite a project indeed. We unfortunately had a wind storm destroy 6 roof panels and one set of doors...lesson learned...set up wind barriers and be sure doors are secure with roofing all tight. we used 2x4 boards to reinforce roof panels and wall & door cross sections. We get 20 - 30 mph winds constantly. This shed is good...no doubt...just be patient..and plan carefully. The directions are thorough and should be followed specifically.
