I am very pleased with this shed, and with Sheds For Less. I think it's a very good quality shed at a great price!
I found the instructions to be pretty clear for the most part, there were definitely a couple of moments when I felt a little like a lawyer, studying the meaning of the words, but I was able to figure out each step without having to call for help, or without undoing much work.
The sheet metal feels pretty hefty to me and they sent plenty of extra screws, washers and what not, which was good because about every 5th self tapping screw I used would strip.
The instructions said that a helper was needed but I have a strong preference for doing this like this on my own, and I was able to assemble it alone pretty easily.
I would advise a potential buyer of a few things:
1) treated lumber voids the warranty if it comes in contact with the shed, so they recommend using exterior grade plywood, which I do not recommend. Luckily, I laid out my floor frame on the plywood as they suggested, but it warped badly with the first rain. So I replaced it with vinyl exterior trims planks, which I think will resist the elements better and is much cheaper than Trex.
2) wear gloves when handling the side and roof panels or else you will cut yourself
3) Don't try too long to get a screw to catch, if it doesn't catch within a few seconds, it won't ever. Toss it.
4) the part numbers can be quite hard to find, so spend an evening assembling like parts into bundles with some light wire and attach a large index card to the wire with the part number and quantity in large writing. That made it much easier to go through the checklist of what should be in the box. My box arrived pretty beat up, so I was concerned that something may have fallen out, but it was all there.
