Customer service is top notch! The shed itself, I would say, was 97% ready for assembly. Cuts had to be made, but nothing a circular saw, table saw couldn't fix. The directions, as most have mentioned, were pretty horrible. I was given a bunch of additional wood blocks and plywood 3'x1' that had no place in the shed. With no directions on what they were needed for (nothing as my shed was perfect without them) you are left wondering, why? I used it to create additional shelving, so I'm not complaining, just confused. Overall the shed was great; directions sucked, customer service was fantastic! KEEP THE "THANK YOU" CARD! It comes with a number you can reach someone very quickly, even after hours. They were willing to send me a new door (no charge) as it was a little warped. They also were going to reimburse me for a new siding I would have needed to grab from home depot. I didn't need them to do either as I was able to adjust things to get it right. But they were willing, and all I did was say the door was warped. No hassle. So Great Customer service and in a future home I Will buy from Sheds Direct Again!
