separator The shed was delivered on a double pallet. It was heavy. Definitely too heavy for one person to move without a pallet jack. Delivery company initially delivered to the wrong house. Make sure you are there in person for delivery!

It's definitely a two person job to construct. Instructions were pretty good. We made a couple mistakes that we figured out before getting too far. All parts were in the kit -- nothing missing. There was one minor scratch on a side panel, but no big deal. We incurred lots of cuts from handling the parts as there are many sharp edges. I'm not sure how the bolts could be tightened effectively with fingers in gloves, so we didn't wear them. Wear thick pants. No joke there are tons of opportunities to cut yourself.

The concrete anchors weren't very good. We used ones from another project. Had to drill out about a dozen screw holes that just wouldn't quite line up. Almost all of them were going through three layers of metal. There was protective plastic on most of the panel pieces that was difficult to remove. Removing the plastic took an unexpectedly large percentage of the build time, so plan accordingly. Seemed like we had it square while building, but it was difficult to get the door frame squared up enough to close the door properly. Had to unscrew several panels, lean the whole structure, then re-tighten.

The shed has modern looks and good color. No painting required. The window does provide good light inside. You are probably considering this shed because of the style, right? It looks better in person than in the pictures in my opinion.

No leaks from rain. Had a storm with about three inches hard rain and not a drop on the inside. When it is foggy, water condenses under the roof above the door and drips down inside the shed through a gap above the plexiglass window. With direct sun, the shed does get warm inside, but not hot. It does vent fairly well. I haven't had a really hot day yet, so it's to be determined how the shed handles the real heat. The gutter seems like a good feature, but there is no way to level it biased towards the drain hole. Mine has a slight tilt towards the non drain side. Water collects and rust is already forming.

The door is insulated, but there is no insulation anywhere else on the shed. The door itself is strong, but unfortunately the handle & locking mechanism feel like it could be defeated fairly easily by pulling hard enough. The door return is a good feature. Holds the door open and also keeps it closed. I can fit a wheelbarrow through the doorway no problem. The door ramp is handy. Double doors would have been nice, but the doorway is big enough for my purposes.

The metal panels are thick and have absorbed some hits without denting or scratching. I suppose this is expected for metal sheds, but there is no way to hang anything inside without welding or screwing through the outside panels. I purchased some freestanding shelving, which is keeping things organized.

Overall, I really like the shed. In my mind, the main issues are the gutter leveling and the water condensation on foggy days, but they aren't deal breakers. I would recommend purchase.
