EXACTLY as Ordered: This is a thin metal shed but is EXACTLY what we ordered and expected. It is fine for us as renters, for the time we will be here. PERSONALLY, if you are looking for a more long term shed, I would recommend the heavy plastic ones, HOWEVER this shed is GREAT for our current needs. ORDER and DELIVERY: Order was smooth, great customer service, great price and very professional and timely delivery. CONDITION: Product condition was perfect and as expected. ASSEMBLY: This was assembled by one person, in ONE full day, upon a floor/foundation that we built PRIOR. We ordered the shed floor kit, which is a sturdy metal frame, and additionally we built a wood frame/plywood base to set it on. But you really ONLY NEED the metal floor kit and a piece of plywood. The directions were fine, with just one confusing part at the end (the threshold lip). I HIGHLY recommend someone patient doing the work, and laying everything out orderly, making sure your tools/parts are present and pre-reading directions first. If you take your time it assembles very nicely.
OVERALL: VERY SATISFIED! It is a good shed, at a good price, easy assembly with excellent customer service.
