separator This is a great little shed -- fairly easy to assemble -- I'd say a good day - two people is helpful, but not required, although it makes things go a lot faster. I had someone help me for about two hours, then assembled the rest by myself in about 8 hours.

It has held up well to rain - I used concrete blocks set on aggregate as a base, then set the foundation kit right on top of that - seems sturdy enough - I had to crawl on the roof to get all of the pieces assembled and it held up just fine, although I wouldn't jump and down on it or anything.

The walls are thin and the metal is definitely light grade, so if you need something extra sturdy, either reinforce this unit, or get something else. But for my needs - a small shed tucked in the corner of the yard to store lawn equip, snow blower, etc., it works wonderfully. The price is great, and the shipping was incredibly fast - I had it within a week.

The instructions are fairly simple - just watch when you're putting together the roof - the pieces overlap and so you double-bolt some areas - don't do like I did and bolt down one side, then realize that you need to remove those plugs to install the other half.

All in all, it is a great shed for the price and met my needs perfectly. Works great for our HOA community - I had to keep my shed mobile because it's butted right up next to a house, but if I had the space, I would have just leveled an area, then poured concrete right into the pre-built foundation kit, which is basically a form for concrete. The blocks work just fine though -

It'd be easy to knock out a wall or something if you slammed a piece of equipment into the building (especially from the inside) but again, just for some basic storage and to clean up the garage, this shed worked perfectly.
