So far, I am impressed with my purchase of the Astoria 12x16 shed kit. I was told it could be up to a month before I would receive it, but a couple days later I received a text from the delivery driver who said he would be there the next day. The next morning he contacted me to let me know what time he would be there - and he was there when he said he would be.

After he unloaded, he said to inventory the contents within 30 days and let Sheds For Less know if anything was missing or damaged. I am happy to say everything was there and in pristine condition. The lumber looked good. I didn't see an excessive amount of knots and everything appears to be straight and true.

I haven't started building the shed yet - I am still building the floor, but I can say it came with a decent looking instruction manual. I have looked through it and the instructions look fairly clear with lots of pictures and details.

I think this was a good choice. It will be a nice replacement for my 10x14 metal shed that got smashed by the snow.
