I purchased the 10x18 Handy Home Berkley with 2 windows, garden storage cabinet, skylight, and wood floor. I had already built a 10 x 20 level concrete pad several months prior to ordering in anticipation of building a shed on that spot.

The framing is good quality, and I like the way the wood trusses are built. The item was delivered in a timely manner and nothing was damaged.

The OSB planking that is designed to act as the roof isn't all that great and there will be a lot of gaps when you put them on. You have to buy your own shingles and roofing paper and install all of the shingles yourself. The roofing paper and shingles will cover all the gaps, and you need metal flashing to finish it off.

I have a contractor I work with that does a lot of work for me, and he is very good at what he does. In the past he remodeled my kitchen by doing a demolition, new flooring, plumbing, duct work, re-framing, and constructed new walls and installed a beam all in 5 days. In other words this guy was able to basically redo my entire kitchen in 5 days, and it took him and his assistant 3 days to complete this shed. The first 8 hours were spent building the floor and the walls, and putting the roof trusses together. The next day was spent installing the windows, skylight, roof panels, trusses, etc. The last day (about 5 hours) was installing the shingles, roofing paper, and painting. All told it was about 21 hours of work for two guys that had professional tools including nail guns, saws, drills, etc. Trying to do this with the huge box of nails that comes with this package with just a hammer would take a huge amount of extra time and work.

I'm happy with the end result, but this is definitely not a project I would want to take on myself even though I am pretty handy with carpentry. It takes way more time than I have and it some of the stuff just requires two people, like putting up the roof trusses and attaching them to the framing on the walls.

The instructions leave a lot to be desired and I would say they are almost as bad as the ones that come from the large Swedish furniture store. It wasn't real clear how you were supposed to do a few things and the instructions didn't provide a lot of clarity.
