The building arrived in quick time so I was happy about that. For packaging I would award a D. The floor which needs to be constructed first was on top but the building setup was upside down where the first things needed for building were on the bottom and the last on the top. I understand the customer should check to make sure everything was there but I found that to be nearly impossible because of the number of pieces.

The labeling of the wood pieces were wrong or non existent. Make sure you measure your pieces to confirm you're using the right ones.

The directions were a bit confusing or out of order, an example was construction and then putting up the walls was not clear but I didn't see that until after the walls were up.

The faux dormer was missing but I didn't realize that until the end.

The doors are nice and certain wide enough but they aren't very sturdy. I will need to reinforce them.

The materials arrived in good condition and there was no damaged wood. Once constructed the building seems solid enough and I am generally pleased with it.
