The delivery process was good with a lot of cooperation from the person from Lexington, SC. (can't remember his name). Once the materials were un-packaged, we found it difficult to separate the various components into piles of materials for each phase of the build. The materials were not clearly marked. It would be helpful if they were stamped on the face of the board instead of the end, or if stamped on the end, be sure to stamp them clearly.
Although the directions were helpful, they need to be more detailed. We found it very difficult to get the roof on squarely, mainly because the rafters were not sturdy, or tied together at the peak of the building. It would make more sense to have a ridge 2 x 4 placed between each rafter. Additionally, when constructing the rafters, the 1 x 4's were not even when the rafters were put in place. It would be helpful to have a dimension labeled for the location of the 1 x 4 indicated from the peak of the rafter to the center of the rafter, and then down the rafter to the point where it meets the rafter.
All materials were in the kit, but some were poor quality. Better quality assurance would make the end product nicer.
