separator 12x12 Sequoia shed was ordered online which was pretty simple. I received a email letting me know the order was being processed and the delivery company would be contacting me within 7-10 days to schedule delivery. I got a call from the delivery company on day 7 and was going to have it delivered the next day between 8am and 5pm. At 4:30 the next day it wasn't delivered so I called the delivery company and was told that it showed on their computer that it was on the truck for delivery, but when the driver was called, he said it wasn't on the truck. We scheduled for the next day same times as before. Same thing happened as the day before, no shed. Third time was a charm. It got delivered on day 10. The shed came packed very well with no damage with the exception of a broke corner on one of the roof panels. Overall the wood and other material was good. I kept an open mind knowing that I would hand pick wood for whatever project I was doing. I'm sure that have there's delivered in bulk so you have to work with what's there. There was a few 2x4's that were bowed and twisted so clamps are a must. Be prepared to make some additional cuts because some of the wood is not cut to the proper length. I reckon they felt that a little more is better than a little less which was ok. The one thing that was a little aggravating was the pieces that go at the end of the roof trusses. There was a few that were bigger than the others so I had to try and cut them to the size of the others. Overall, not a bad product but just like anything it could be improved. Customer service was there when I had a question and very courteous. The owners manual could be better so do like I did and dig into the manual and get a grasp on its content prior to starting. That way you won't waste time scratching your head when you start building your shed. I didn't order the windows with the shed but I did buy my windows from a family owned company in South Carolina, Shed Windows and More. Good quality windows, great customer service. They also sell other shed parts and accessories. If I needed to buy another shed and knowing what to expect, I probably would. It does save you some time and really not a bad price either.
