We read the reviews prior to purchase and they all said how terrible the instructions were and that pieces were not marked correctly and how horrible the installation process was. My husband is very mechanically inclined and handy, and figured these were just reviews from novices who aren't as builder-savvy. I must say though, that this shed kicked our butt. It took us about 8 hours from start to finish, which is pretty good, but the instructions are not clear and a few pieces were marked incorrectly. So it was always two steps forward, one step back. A lot of frustration and a few injuries. I had read that the videos on the Lifetime website were helpful, and they really are. Highly recommend those. Once finished, it's a great shed! Love the sky lights and the double doors and functional window; those are what sold us. We are happy with the finished product.
