Took about a month from the order to get delivered, but received in excellent condition, delivery driver was friendly & dropped by garage door, no scuff/damages to the 2 very large boxes.

Item packed pretty well, no missing screws, instructions decent, but probably could have used a few clarifying points on things - once or twice during installation, I had to back up & use a different corner panel (not well marked), I missed some roof reinforcements (easy to address), and probably most important, the rafter instructions could have been a bit more clear, I initially installed the ceiling joists with the notches backwards (sigh). The text was there, but a few arrows/circles would have been nice.

Took my son & I about 7 hours to complete, pieces fit well, a few times had to use a bit of force, since my pad wasn't 100% level, that is huge for an item like this, as it is cut pretty precisely.

Very happy with purchase, wife was skeptical but decided that it was "cute", and was pretty solid. Only installed a few days so far, but happy with decision. Fit riding mower, push mower, wheel barrow, small trailer (for mower), other odds & ends. Helped to empty out my garage to allow us to use it for actual car parking :-)
