I was looking for a low maintenance shed. My old wood one always needed painting or replacement of the lower parts which were exposed to the elements. This shed looked nice & seemed to fit my needs. I had to have a contractor assemble it as I am a 62 year old woman.
The very next day we had hard rain & I had a lot of water in the shed. I had my contractor return to re-apply the silicone around the large skylights. I had to wait 2 more weeks to see if that worked. I did still see a little water that seems to have come in the front windows. I guess if you strategically place non rusting items there it should be OK.
I also found out that plastic sheds can shift, unlike a heavy wood shed. After loading it up, the front door didn't line up to close. My contractor had to jack it up level/balance it again. I believe I had more weight on 1 side, where my heavy wheelbarrow is. Time will tell if it holds up. It is attractive. I thought it would be more beige (like my house) but it's somewhat of a stone color. I thought the roof was brown (like my house roof) but it is more of a gray.
I found this shed to be priced the best directly from Sheds for less.
