My husband and I assembled together over a full day. You definitely need two adults to assemble or more. We were not done with our foundation yet, so although it is wise to build it ON the foundation, we were able to build it on level ground and scoot it onto the foundation once complete. It just took more work and leveling out again. We really like the shed -- the look, the quality, the ease of instructions, the size.
