We bought this shed back in 2015, and have been glad we did ever since. We live in Southern California where it can get warm, and the Shed has held up very well.

Only one issue came up recently in 2019 with the skylight roof panel. Because of the hot summers here, the skylight turned yellow, and the sealing putty melted out and it began to leak during the rains. Since I never needed any sky light anyhow, (I mounted an emergency solar power system in the shed with lighting), I called customer support to inquire about a couple replacement solid roof panels without the skylight.

The customer service could not have been more helpful and understanding of my problem, and got me out a couple of roof panels out immediately no charge! They arrived safely and installed with minimal effort. Problem solved. They also said that those were being redesigned, so you might not have this issue now.

This is a company that stands behind its product, and cares about its customers, unlike so many others. They have earned all my future business.

Support a good company and if you like this shed design, buy it. You will be happy with it.
