The shed was easy to put together but the instructions require special attention. There are subtle inferences on how parts go together and if you are not paying attention (which I did not at times) it will not go together properly. We disassembled one whole side trying to figure out why the front doors would not assemble properly only to find out they assemble in different holes left to right side - when you look closely at the instructions. The words just say assemble the door to the walls. The picture is the only note you have as to which holes to use... was a little frustrating at time.
The window locks are too good and won't rotate without breaking the parts. I had to sand them down to get them to rotate properly but I haven't done all 16 yes... it's time consuming.
I used roof patch to seal the roof panels to each other. There is a channel under the seam that is supposed to run the water out to the end of the roof. But with snow and ice I decided to not let much go through. I also foam sealed all roof / wall intersections to keep bugs to a minimum.
Overall it is a very nice shed but it does take some simple engineering understanding to assemble.
