separator Item came promptly and intact. I have completed install so I can't say if there was missing parts. I've always loved lifetime and continue to buy. My only complaint is that the shipping company was suppose to set up a drip off time that was convenient for me and that didn't happen. Got a call and he stated that he will be at my house in 10 minutes and wanted to see if I was home. I told him I was working and could be home after work at 3pm. Then he stated he could just toss off the truck as it is big and in the way of his other stops. $4,000 I wasn't going to risk any damages so I punched out at work and raced home. Not cool! I know this isn't your fault but you should find a new courier and not advertise that they would set up a Convenient time for the buyer. Other than that so far I'm happy!!
