I ended up hiring a contractor to put it up (took him and a helper about 12 hours including leveling the ground and building a complete platform and ramp!) But.. we totally love it .
It's really large, with great head room and seems solid and weather tight (we've had a few good rains since its been up!)
I have gotten several compliments, including from the contractor, who said it is probably the best of its kind, that he's ever seen! And... my son wants one for a music studio! I'm thinking a second unit on my patio my, just outside my back sliders, would make a fantastic walk-in closet. As soon as we figure out the lighting and temperature control situation, I may just go for it
