The shed comes as 3 large boxes with detailed instruction. Each box could be lifted with 2 persons. Most small parts are bagged with code.

Assembling wall panel require some lubrication for easy assembly and don't use too much force. Most assembly could be done by one person but you may need some clamp if you want to assemble it alone. Some roof assembly may require two person. I did it with help from my wife.
I assembled it on flat level concrete surface but the doors are not closing perfect.
The material seems to shrink or expand depending on temperature and different kinds of materials are used for roof and floor. The floor seems shrink too much in night time.
This might be settling process and I'm still taking a look. I'm using some wood beams to support frame around door to make enough opening for closing door.
I installed the skylight south facing and it allows too much sun light in CA. I recommend install it north facing depending on your weather condition.

Except the door issue all parts are perfect and it is beautiful shed.
