Wow, lots of instructions! Actually, from my perspective, that's a good thing. Mostly easy to follow, but you need to be very careful that you read every word. Sometimes the difference in the proper installation is just a word or two that you should make sure you see and understand.
The QR codes that linked you to videos did help. There was a time or two that another video would have helped.

The only issue that we misunderstood was to make sure that the poles that the door swing on. You need to make that BOTH longer ones go on the SIDE door, and BOTH shorter ones go one the front door.

We made our platform and laid the floor out one day, and then built the rest of it on a Saturday and with two of us, took approximately 6-7 hours. We did not rush.

We're pretty happy with the final product. The only slight issue we are having now is that both sets of door tend to pop out forward a little bit, even when we have the doors latched. This allows a bit of an opening, which we're trying to figure out how to resolve. We want to make sure small animals can't get inside.

P.S. They are not kidding when they tell you not to over tighten the screws. We used non-powered screwdrivers for the entire project and still managed to strip about three holes. Our homemade fix was to remove our screws, fill them in with epoxy and re-screw. That seems to work reasonably well.
