An excellent shed that was assembled by two people in 11 hours over two days (22 man-hours). Instructions were excellent but you need to really pay attention to the detail. We got anxious a couple of times and had to undue two things but that only set us back maybe 15 minutes.

In Southern California we have to worry about sun damage more than rain/snow. Our shed does get very warm but a solar powered exhaust fan helps. I hope the materials - especially the roof holds up to the constant sun exposure.
