separator This shed is a very good value. It is engineered well and manufactured to good tolerances.
I love the rough-cut look and the color. To me the color looks gray, with just a touch of brown. The shed is plenty sturdy with the snow-load trusses. The ridge-length skylight lets in lots of natural light but is not vented. Only the end gables are vented. It gets very hot inside the shed with the dark exterior soaking up sun. The french doors work well. The doors are high enough that I dont hit my head at 5'11". There are some small gaps here and there that a mouse could probably squeeze through. I have two 4x4 ATV's, two dirtbikes, and lots of outdoor tools and supplies safely stored inside. Assembly is not for the average person. There are a whole lot of pieces, and a whole lot more screws. I used a milwaukee impact on low-power setting to drive screws; I could not imagine trying to do it by hand. Full assembly, including building and leveling a wood floor, took me about 16 hours. I built my wood floor out of treated 2x8 boards and made the perimeter 2-ply. I had to have help with the roof panels, as you need someone to push down on the outside while driving screws from the inside. The included paper directions are pretty good but not perfect. Follow the directions very carefully and you will have minimal problems. My only real concern is with the skylight panels. Unlike the rest of the roof panels, the skylight panels are thin and bendable by hand. Time will tell I suppose.
