separator Delivered when they said. I am mechanically inclined and an engineer. Took me and one helper about 12 hours to put it all together. You need one person to be pretty strong to mesh everything properly. The shelves improve the layout. The tool hooks included with the shed are better than the "peg board" kits. The manual that comes with the shed is 72 pages long...BPT go through it throughly. They label the bags of hardware in the kit; which helps. They do not label the screws very well--I suggest matching them to the page as you open each kit. Lay everything out and mock up as you go...should go quicker for you.
