separator Good construction, pretty sturdy, not bad to assemble, instructions are kind of screwy, they have you putting stuff together for later in the build that could be saved for when that part is needed. I think a building should start from the ground up not the rafters down. Reasonably priced for it's size. Not sure about it's longevity, I've only had it 2 weeks.
One thing you've got to remember, you're buying a plastic building.
