I received my 8 x 12 shed promptly after ordering it online. I found assembly not complicated, all the parts fit like a glove. The directions are short and sweet with good illustrations and if you need to, there are plenty of YouTube videos out available to help clarify. I actually put the shed up by myself, although they recommend 2 adults. My shed has two windows, we thought placing them on the same side would look better in our yard but after completion I realized having them on different sides would provide cross ventilation, if you are going to be in the shed for any length of time. My only problem was the doors were not closing, they were too close together, I constructed it on the hottest day of the year I held off with any adjustments and two days later when the temperature came down to normal, the problem took care of itself. All in all I would recommend the shed, it looks nice and seems sturdy enough for NJ weather.
