separator I received shed as listed 2 containers. Some confusion originally by not starting each new assignment and looking at listing for needed hardware. Interior hardware bags labeled differently than large outer bag for particular sequence of assembly. Once I understood this it was much easier to proceed.
Floor gave some headaches as all panels are not symmetrical. Figured that out and moved on.
Side panels were pretty good outside of going out of plumb making it difficult to assemble next panel. After Start corner and one side to 2nd corner all went well. Wooden shim to raise and snap in pieces worked well. Clean flashing from around screw holes at top of walls for roof panel attachment before erecting.
Used a Dewalt 20v screw gun for assembly. worked very well at a setting of 5 on clutch. Very easy to strip vinyl with screws.
Door assembly and function was the most demanding and required my wife to help me once doors were pinned I continued by myself.
Roof panels were slightly warped and I had to clamp using vise grips and wood slats to align and get screws started. I would not attempt this erecting in cold weather as the sun will assist panels flattening out.
Door function closing and latching are still problematic. Doors are hitting at the lower end of intersection with each other. There is no adjustment due to being pinned. Upper joint at intersection has slight gap and this as it should be. Hardware for latch attachment (nuts) hitting latched door wear plate and to tight to allow latch mechanism to completely engage unless holding fixed door and slamming movable door forcefully to engage latching and aligning hasp point. It is completely dry after assembly and has remained so.
Plugs for end wall to seal would not stay in place so I fashioned some small blocks of wood to hold latches spread on inside.
I like the shed. I believe it could be done better.
