Good price and arrived in good shape. As for the item, don't think this can be assembled in one weekend. Also, some parts were not clearly marked and I had difficulty with a few assemblies, especially some plastic panels and the rope ladder. Some of the plastics panels did not line up well with the holes. The rope ladder seemed to have shrunk. It was extremely difficult to get the parts in place. Otherwise, the instructions are detailed, and the set is well made. I am happy with it.
