separator We purchased the playset for our children. We have had it for a week and it has already provided hours of enjoyment. Excellent customer service and communication, as the playset went thru the steps of the purchase all the way to arriving at our home. The price was also excellent!

We did receive a defective cargo pole and contacted lifetime direct. Their customer service handled us in a very professional manner. They had one in the warehouse and would be shipping us a new one.

We agree with others set all the parts out first to identify. Instructions became much easier to follow!

We would highly recommend purchasing from this company and the brand!
