separator We received an email from the company stating that there would be a delay in our shipment, but that they would make it up to us. The ended up compensating us for the delay. Putting the playset together was fairly easy. We did have some trouble putting the climbing wall up. The screws wouldn't screw into the metal. We figured out a way to make it work after purchasing a few things at our local hardware store. The kids love the playset. I would purchase this again because it was the best price, it went together easily, because of the excellent customer service.
