Swing set is great! Kids are so happy with it. I do have a few customer service / logistics concerns however.

1. this was shipped and arrived with the slide damaged so the driver advised us to refuse delivery. We did this and the company shipped another one but told us it would have been much quicker if we just kept it and they replaced the part. This type of instruction should be given in the order form / by customer service as we had to wait over a week to get a new one.

2. This set came with the WRONG INSTRUCTIONS. They were for a totally different set. How does this happen people???? Luckily, kind of, I had printed out the ones from this site so we had those, HOWEVER, even those werent the most up to date instructions so we were constantly referring to our phones out in the yard to get the right instructions. We could have saved about 2 hours if this wasnt the case.
