Pros:

The quality of the material is the best. When completed, you will have a well-built product that will last a long time. My grandchildren love their new Playset.
The shipping company that delivered our Playset was top notch. Very cooperative.

Cons:

The hardware could be of better quality. We tried using a battery operated power drill with an Allen wrench but the hardware would not tolerate the torque even with the clutch set to the lowest setting. The manufacturer advises to hand drive the Allen wrench so that's what we did. It's a slower process but advisable to do so. Some pieces marked with part numbers but referred to in instructions by a 3 letter code. The pictures help you identify the pieces so not a big deal.
The instructions are good, plenty of illustrations. Yeah, my son and I goofed once, caught the error, unassembled and moved onwards. The smiles and joy when the kids saw the Playset is well worth the cost and the effort in assembly. Do it over again. Recommend the product.
