Overall, we're extremely pleased with this playset. We are extremely glad that we purchased this instead of a wood playset.

Pros:
1. Sheds for Less order staff was very courteous and answered my questions about delivery.
2. Playset came in a 9 ft. x 4 ft. x 3 ft. crate. I had to help the driver take the crate apart with a wrecking bar and hammer. He was very courteous and helped to carry the contents to our garage.
3. Playset assembly took my wife and I about 8 hours. It was a breeze for the most part, as the parts for each step of the assembly were bagged separately.
4. The playset is solidly constructed, and looks and plays very well. Our grandchildren love it.

Cons
1. Floor came with holes drilled for the textured side down, instead of up. I had to drill these properly.
2. A few of the bigger machine screws were difficult to turn in. I didn't discover until afterward that a tapping tool was included to remove the powder coating.
