Customer service was great and kept us informed on the shipment timing of the playset we ordered since it was on back order. Shipment arrived when expected and freight company delivered without any issues. Installation went pretty smooth. It took me and my neighbor about 3 hours to set up (in the dark with limited lighting) so we could surprise the kids in the morning. Probably close to an hour of that time was unpacking all the piece and organizing equipment. There was one "bad nut" in the hardware set so I couldn't install the fire pole that night. However I emailed customer service at Shedsforless and they immediately started the process to get me a replacement piece and I had it within a week. My only suggestion for the supplier of the play set would be to include a couple extra nuts/bolts, especially the ones that are used the most. There were no spare parts at all.
My kids love the swing set. Ages range from 3-12 and they all enjoy it. It does seem to sway a bit when they're all on it but our grass is kind of uneven and I haven't anchored anything down. But it still seems plenty safe. This play set is definitely worth the investment and this was the best price I could find.
