separator I ordered the 8x5 Lifetime shed for my backyard on 1/8/21. the package arrived after 3 weeks due to the pandemic. My husband and my son installed the shed within 2.5 hours. The only issue with the product was that the doors did not close properly and the lock was overlapping by 1/4 inch. I used the chat option and talked to Andy, she was very helpful and knowledgeable, she answered all of my questions immediately. I was told to take pictures and email them to shed for less. I received a response within an hour and was told that the channel needed to be replaced. the proper channel was shipped on the same day and was received 2-days later. we had a small challenge with the new channel but was able to fix it with a small adjustment. Both shed for less and Lifetime are easy to work with. I love my shed, I do recommend it.
