separator This is a great storage shed! It looks great and has lots of room inside. I read many reviews before making the purchase and had some concerns about the complexity of the build. After receiving the shed, which my wife had to help the delivery man put it in the driveway because I was at work. It only took me about 12 hrs by myself and another 2 hrs with my son helping to put this shed together. I had to have help with the roof portion of the build. If I were an octopus I could have done the whole project by myself. But it takes 2 people to install the roof panels.

I read the instructions online before I made the purchase. The instructions were easy to follow, even though they were pictures only. Follow the instructions exactly, especially building the trusses. Install the bolts and nuts exactly as shown. It does help to be mechanically inclined also. I took an hour before starting the build and pre-marked all the parts with a sharpie to match the item # in the instruction manual which made the build much easier. It comes in 3 separate boxes, some of the parts are the same but in different boxes. After marking each part I then stacked them together by part #, again making it easier for the build. I strongly recommend putting the shed on a concrete slab because the wall panels snap into the floor panels and any unevenness in the floor will affect how the walls, roof, and doors align!!

After completing the build I put silicon (clear) in every seam and crack that let in air or light. We have had a couple of heavy rains and I can report, no leaks! We really love the looks and cleaning maintenance of this shed. It also looks great on the side of our house.
