After seeing the approximate weight of the three boxes this building comes in, I was a bit apprehensive, but when it was delivered, I was pleased that it was nowhere near the listed weight. Even so, it took two men and a small boy to get the boxes to the site where it was to be put together.
The floor was level and that, by the way, is a must. The only problem encountered was that some of the wall panels did not "snap" in like the others. Overcame that with a little ingenuity. Was able to put this together with no other help. The directions were fairly easy to follow.
Like another reviewer stated, I did a little caulking here and there which was probably a bit unnecessary, but it made me feel a little more comfortable about the integrity of the building.
Am overall very well pleased with this shed. It looks good and has provided some much needed storage area. (my old metal building was developing some leaks)
I really had fun putting this together......well, with the frustration of some of the wall panels notwithstanding.
Would still highly recommend this to anyone who is in the market for a storage shed.
