We looked everywhere locally for a good quality swing set that wasn't outrageously expensive. Every time we thought we had found one at a reasonable price, the quality turned out to be terrible. So, we tried online and found this set at Sheds For Less Direct. The price was great, and shipping was free!
The reviews were pretty decent for this particular set, so we went ahead and purchased it.
So far, we have not regretted the purchase one bit. It's a great set, very sturdy and BIG. It's only 3 swings; no frills, which is exactly what we were looking for. My 6 year old LOVES the big air he catches on this swing, and it's so sturdy my husband and I can swing too! It also looks great (for a kid's swing set); nice muted colors that more or less match the outdoors. Bonus: It doesn't need to be anchored and can be moved if need be.
We didn't have any customer service issues, so I can't speak to that. But as far as the price plus free shipping goes, I would buy from Sheds For Less Direct again.
