I'd have to say after building this kit, it's pretty well done all things considered. It says ALL pre-cut, however there is some cutting required here and there. But simple stuff for someone with even just a little experience in building. The instructions aren't perfect either, read them carefully and study the illustrations and you should be able to figure out what you need to do in all steps. They did leave out some instructions if you wanted to add a window or door and they never explain how to install the loft doors, but that's pretty straight forward. It took me about a week total with some help to build it. The wood and side panels are NOT pressure treated, so keep it all dry. Delivery can be a tricky issue too if you have a long driveway. The delivery truck ONLY drops the two boxes at the end of the drive and it's up to you to move them. One box weighed about 1100 lbs and the other I think was also 1000 lbs or more (can't remember now), so keep that in mind when ordering. They tell you that, but don't tell you exactly how the boxes are packaged (size, shape, etc). The boxes were packed tightly and undamaged when they arrived and the kit does include two bottles of wood glue and nails for everything, however I substituted screws for nails everywhere (just a preference on my part). You'll definitely need extra hands for a good part of the assembly, so plan ahead! In summation, I'm quite happy with the shed.
