This 10x10 steel and vinyl covered shed is surprisingly sturdy and so far as I can tell a very good product.But I would recommend that anyone adding the workbench/loft kit put 2x4 legs underneath the metal frame that makeup the shelf/loft for added support lengthwise front and back,otherwise it will not hold 250 pounds as claimed.Also be sure to bolt the pieces of ply wood that make up the floor to the metal floor structure underneath.I would also recommend that buyers bolt 2x2's to the inside walls between each of the metal wall braces for additional support against strong winds and heat expansion in the summer(bolt from the outside)If possible put two nuts on each screw that holds the roof panels together inside the shed.I have also had four small vents put on the front and back walls high up on the gable to release any heat during the summer.Also build the shed on a solid concrete foundation.And I plan to spray the shed inside and out with Rustoleum rubber seal around all screw holes and panel sections(roof & walls)and foundation to make the shed as water resistant as possible.And bolt the piece of ply wood for the shelf to the metal frame of the shelf.Use washers on all screws that hold the shed together.I am happy about how strong the metal of the shed is(not flimsy). I will also spray the roof outside with rust resistant exterior paint to prevent any rusting.
