We assembled this shed a week ago. It took two people 9 hours, and we are both experienced in this type of thing. The instructions are generally well-depicted. Unfortunately, there are specifics such as the side ceiling beam attachment that will only work a certain way, and the manual does not indicate this. Initially, the roof panel holes would not line up with the beam. We had trial and error, that took us a total of an additional hour or so for the parts we had to take off and reinstall. It has rained torrentially for two days this week, and we had almost no leakage from the roof. We plan on using a bead of foam insulation around the floor and wherever the ceiling panels join as well as along the central beam. This should keep everything inside dry. We have worked with a gabled model previously, and I recommend the straight-surfaced pitched roof, as there are fewer areas for leakage problem or complication in assemblage.
