Overall this is a great kit. The wood quality was very good (though there were a couple of bad pieces, I was able to use them in places where it didn't matter much), and the cuts were decent. I think I would have made slightly more accurate cuts myself, but these were good enough that it didn't affect the overall assembly much. The directions are pretty good, though one needs to read them carefully and be sure one understands the drawings before proceeding. One person alone can do a lot of the work, but it definitely takes two people to put up the assembled walls, and three people to put up the assembled gables, which weigh hundreds of pounds each. Lean and rotate are two very helpful concepts for both operations (as opposed to lifting into place). Also best to have three people to install the sheathing on the steep roof section. The prime / paint on the siding is exceptionally tough, which is great. In retrospect, I'm not sure I would have bothered installing the loft doors. Doing so makes that area pretty leaky, and I don't think they are really necessary unless wants to store long items. I don't think I was shorted any material, and even had a few extra pieces, and certainly plenty of extra fasteners.

Overall a very good kit for the money, but the assembly is not really for the inexperienced. If you haven't built things before, get someone who has to help you out.
