We have not yet begun to put together the shed. The Sheds for Less customer service was very good. The lady I spoke to on the delivery of the flooring was great. The trucking company shipping the shed kit was difficult to understand (bad connection). Please Please Please be prepared for the delivery of the shed kit! We ordered a kit because it was not possible to have a pre-built shed delivered to the location we needed. What we didn't realize when ordering the kit was that it would be delivered by a tractor trailer! We live on a twisty turny country road. The tractor trailer could not turn into our driveway and had to park on the road. I am very thankful the delivery did not show up until after my boyfriend came home from work. The shed came wrapped on 2 separate pallets. The truck driver used a jack-lift to move the shed to the tailgate and lowered it, we then strapped the jack to the hitch of our jeep and pulled it up the driveway. There is absolutely no way we would have been able to move it otherwise! If you do not have access for a tractor trailer, make sure you have plenty of people to help unload!!!!!!
